VENDOR REGISTRATION

a vibrant community. We’re looking for passionate vendors to bring unique offerings to our event attendees. Whether you sell food, beverages, grills, or specialty services, we’d love to have you join us.
VENDOR POLICY
Before you proceed to register, kindly take a moment to go through our terms and
conditions for vendor engagement. All applications should be submitted by 14th December.
1. Application Process:

All food vendors must submit a completed application form by 12TH DECEMBER

The festival organizers reserve the right to accept or reject applications based on various criteria, including menu variety, quality, and uniqueness.
2. Payment and Fees:

Vendors must pay the participation fee of GHS 500 by 14TH DECEMBER.

Payments are non-refundable in a late withdrawal (2 weeks before the event), except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
3. Licensing and Permits:

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required licenses and permits for their food service.

The festival organizers may request proof of valid permits at any time.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:

Vendors must adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Regular inspections may be conducted, and non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the festival.
5. Set-Up and Breakdown:

Vendors must adhere to the designated set-up and breakdown times.

All equipment and waste must be removed from the site promptly after the festival concludes.
6. Menu Pricing:

Prices should be reasonable and displayed.
7. Insurance:

Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for their operations during the festival.

The festival organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
8. Branding and Promotion:

Vendors may be featured in festival promotional materials.

The festival organizers reserve the right to use vendor names and images for marketing purposes.
9. Vendor Conduct:

Vendors must professionally conduct themselves.

Any disputes or concerns should be addressed with festival organizers promptly.
10. Force majeure & Inevitable Circumstances:

The organizers are not liable for failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.
11. Termination of Participation:

The organizers reserve the right to terminate a vendor's participation for violation of these terms or any disruptive behavior.
12. Communication:

For ease of communication, all vendors will be put in a WhatsApp group to streamline information dissemination.
13. Agreement Acceptance:

Submission of the application implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
